1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between md333 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the md333 platform available at md333.io and any associated sub-domains or mobile applications.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Player with respect to the use of the md333 platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

The md333 platform provides online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting including cricket markets, and related gaming services to eligible players. All services are provided for entertainment purposes. Gambling involves risk and is not a reliable method of generating income. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the md333 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have not previously been excluded from the md333 platform or any other online gambling platform operated by the Company;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that renders you unsuitable to participate in real-money gaming.

md333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification confirming your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the md333 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a player account. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the md333 platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access the platform using your account. md333 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

md333 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that a player has provided false or misleading information during registration.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the md333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). md333 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Internet Banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as specified in the md333 cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be modified by md333 from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. md333 does not impose additional processing fees on standard deposits made via supported MFS channels, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the md333 finance team within the timeframe indicated in the cashier. md333 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as was used for deposits, subject to operational requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

md333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by md333:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus; bonuses that remain unwagered at the expiry of their validity period will be forfeited;
• md333 reserves the right to verify that bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled using fair and legitimate gameplay before approving any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value prior to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements;
• md333 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled or modified, md333 will provide reasonable notice to affected players.

Players found to be abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or placing bets in a manner designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the md333 platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, as applicable. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

The random number generators (RNGs) used in md333 casino games are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. md333 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, md333 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. md333 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from technical malfunctions.

For live cricket betting markets, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or otherwise not completed, markets will be settled in accordance with md333's sports betting rules as published in the sportsbook section of the platform.

md333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement, or where md333 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed as part of a fraudulent scheme.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one player account, whether using your own identity or the identity of any third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process;
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Employing any software, algorithm, bot, script, or other automated tool to interact with the platform, including to place bets, manage accounts, or gather data;
• Colluding with other players, or with any agent of md333, to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage; any such advantage gained must be reported immediately to md333 support and any associated winnings will be voided;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward md333 staff, customer support agents, or other players;
• Attempting to access or interfere with any part of the md333 platform infrastructure, including servers, databases, or network systems, without authorisation;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your player account or account credentials to any third party.

8 Responsible Gaming

md333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem, and we have put in place a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

In no event shall md333's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you to your md333 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
